Emergencies After Hours
Have an after-hours emergency? Please call 815-223-1000 for instructions and listen carefully to the entire message. Please note that between the hours of 10:00pm and opening the next day, we will only see patients who have been cared for in our hospital within the last 14 months and are regular, active clients that receive routine preventative health care from our hospital. Calls after 10:00pm are handled by an answering service and a consultation fee is charged.
Referrals From Other Veterinary Clinics
Referrals from other veterinary clinics are only offered during our regular business hours. If the pet has not been seen at Ancare Veterinary Hospital with in the last 14 months, please contact one of the following:
