About Me:

Dr. Fox grew up in the Chicago suburbs, where her love of animals, science, and medicine began at an early age. Although she was raised in a suburban environment, she was always drawn to animals and farm life, which inspired her to pursue a career in veterinary medicine. Today, she enjoys spending time with her fiancé, her son and his family, and especially her new granddaughter.

Former Board Member, Champaign County Humane Society (served three terms)

Education:

Dr. Fox graduated from the University of Illinois College of Veterinary Medicine in 1993. After earning her veterinary degree, she worked as an associate veterinarian before purchasing the practice where she was employed. She owned and operated that practice for 23 years, building lasting relationships with generations of pets and their families.

Special Interests:

Preventive medicine, client education, and strengthening the bond between pets and their families.

Pets:

Dr. Fox shares her home with five horses and her Pomeranian, Penny.

Favorite Thing About My Job:

Dr. Fox feels fortunate to have spent her career doing work she truly loves. She enjoys helping pets live healthier lives and partnering with their families to provide the best possible care. Building relationships with clients and watching pets thrive throughout their lives continues to be one of the most rewarding parts of veterinary medicine for her.
