Dr. Miranda Wallace

Dr. Wallace is a 2021 graduate from the University of Missouri’s College of Veterinary Medicine. She was a member of the Missouri Student Chapter of the American Veterinary Medicine Association all four years of veterinary school. She was also an active member of the Raptor Rehabilitation Program, ZEW (zoo, exotics, and wildlife) club, and a co-coordinator of the Exotic’s Symposium. Dr. Wallace received her Bachelor’s degree in Biology from Buena Vista University in Storm Lake, Iowa.


Dr. Wallace has one dog – Bear, a German Shepherd mix – and two cats, Lion and Tiger, whom she fostered and then adopted during veterinary school.

About Me:

Dr. Wallace is originally from Carman, IL. She enjoys swimming, hiking with her dog, and baking. She loves traveling and has been to every continent with the exception of Antarctica. Dr. Wallace is an avid reader and attempts creative writing in her limited spare time.

Special Interests:

Dr. Wallace is really interested in surgery and exotic animal medicine.
