To allow ample time for all patients and scheduled surgical procedures we operate primarily by appointment; but walk-ins are welcome.
We at Ancare Veterinary Clinic make every attempt to adhere to the scheduled appointment time of our clients, however, surgical procedures sometimes take longer than planned, so an occasional appointment delay is inevitable. Please realize that we make a sincere attempt to see each client on time and a telephone call is appreciated by all if an appointment needs to be rescheduled.
Drop off options are available to our clients, please call us if this is a service you will be needing.
Payments & Fees
Payment is required at the time services are rendered. We accept cash, personal checks, MasterCard, Visa and Discover. We make every effort to make sure that all fees are fair and reasonable. You are encouraged to discuss fees and treatment before services are rendered.
Ancare Veterinary Clinic is pleased to now offer an alternative method of payment called "Care Credit". It is used only for clients wishing to make monthly payments on their balances. The authorization process takes only minutes and if approved the entire balance is transferred to the card which is billed monthly to the client like any other credit card. Care Credit offers no interest promotional periods and extended payment plans to further assist customers. There is no up-front or annual fees.

Unfortunately, if we receive a check that is returned for non-sufficient funds, we must charge a $30.00 return check fee. We are charged a fee by our own bank for the returned check. This fee is in addition to any charges your bank may charge you. Checks are presented to the bank two times to be cashed. If the check fails to clear, the check is forwarded automatically to a check recovery service. At this point, the check writer must work directly with the recovery service to rectify the non-sufficient fund check.
